Pick by the brands and markets you track. Starter covers 1 brand in 1 market with 50 prompts, Growth 3 of each with 150, and Scale 5 of each with 350. Agencies pick by clients: Agency Starter covers 3 client brands, Agency Growth up to 10 and Agency Scale up to 25. For single sign-on or custom volume, talk to us about Enterprise.

What counts as a prompt, and as an answer?

A prompt is a question you track, in one market. Each is asked on all six AI platforms once a day, and each reply is an answer, so 50 prompts read about 9,000 answers a month. Tracking the same question in a second market counts as a second prompt. Suggested prompts you haven't added, and prompts you've archived, don't count.

What happens if I go over my limits?

You can't add prompts past your plan's limit. To track more, add 50 prompts for $49 a month or a brand for $29 a month, or move to a bigger plan. On an agency plan you can also move prompts between clients, or pause a client to free theirs.

Question 4

How do agency plans work?

Your plan's prompts are shared across your clients. Each client gets a monthly report under your agency's name and logo, and a client seat lets someone on the client's side see that client's brands and nothing else. A pitch tracks a prospect on ten prompts for seven days, outside your prompts, and becomes a client when you win.

How does the trial work?

Sign up, add a card as you set up, and use the plan you choose for 14 days. Billing starts on its own when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. On an agency plan you run one pitch at a time during the trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Billing in the app. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within thirty days of your first charge, choose Refund my first payment in Billing and you get a full refund.

Is there yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A year costs 15% less than twelve months billed monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Billing.
