Pitch workspace

A pitch workspace tracks a prospect's AI visibility for a short time, so an agency can show them where they stand before they sign.

A pitch workspace is a short-lived setup an agency uses to track a prospect's AI visibility before they become a client. You add the prospect, their competitors and a handful of questions their customers ask, and collect answers for a set time.

It gives you something better than a slide of general claims to take into a pitch meeting: the prospect's own answers, showing who the AI platforms name instead of them, and why.

What a pitch shows

A prospect usually wants to know three things. Do ChatGPT and the other platforms name us? Who do they name instead? And what do they say about us when they do?

For example, say you're pitching Fernhill Coffee. After a week, the answers show Fernhill named in 4 of 70 answers, while Kestrel Roasters is named in 31. The pages behind Kestrel's answers are three review sites and a list article that never mention Fernhill. That's a concrete reason to hire you, and a starting plan if they do.

Why it's kept separate

A pitch is short and might not lead anywhere, so it makes sense to keep it apart from your paying clients. It shouldn't use the prompts your clients rely on, and it shouldn't stay running after the meeting.

If the prospect signs, you want to keep the answers you've collected, so the new client's history starts on the day you began tracking them.

Pitches in AnswerOrbit

In AnswerOrbit this is a pitch. It runs for seven days on up to 10 prompts, and it doesn't use your plan's prompts, so your clients keep theirs. You can extend a pitch once by seven more days, share it with your prospect by link or as a PDF, and click Turn into client when they sign. The answers, prompts and competitors all stay. See Pitches.
