A white-label report is a report an agency sends its client under the agency's own name and logo. The tool that produced the numbers stays in the background. The client sees their agency's work.
Agencies use them because the report is part of what they sell. A monthly report that looks like the agency's own keeps the relationship with the agency, and saves the account manager from rebuilding numbers in slides every month.
What goes in one
A good client report answers what a client asks every month: where do we stand, what changed, and what are you doing about it. For AI search that usually means the brand's visibility, share of voice, position and citations, this month against last, and the work done since the last report.
For example, an agency running five client brands can send five reports on the first working day of the month, each with that client's numbers, the agency's logo and the agency's reply address, without opening a slide deck.
What to check before you choose a tool
Look at whose name is on the report, whether the client can open it without an account, and whether you can control who it goes to and when. Some agencies also want their own web address on the report link.
White-label reports in AnswerOrbit
On an agency plan, each client gets a monthly client report with your agency's name and logo. It's prepared on the first working day of the month and sent to the people you choose. Set your agency name, logo and reply address in Settings under White label. A single client can have its own, which takes the place of yours.
You can also give a client a seat, so someone on their team can sign in and see only their own brands and reports. See Clients and Reports and dashboards.
