A client workspace is the space an agency keeps for each client in an AI visibility tool. Each client's brands, prompts, competitors and reports live in their own place, apart from every other client's.

Keeping clients apart matters for two reasons. Your numbers stay clean, because one client's prompts never mix with another's. And you can let a client sign in to see their own results without them seeing anyone else's.

What goes in one

A client's space holds the brands you track for them, the prompts you ask on their behalf, the competitors they're measured against and the reports you send them. It usually also sets which platforms you track for that client and who at the client can sign in.

Agencies often run two kinds. A pitch is short and small, to show a prospect where they stand. A client is ongoing, with the full set of prompts and reports, for as long as you work together.

Sharing an allowance

When your plan gives you a pool of prompts, you decide how many each client gets. For example, an agency with 600 prompts might give Fernhill 300, Kestrel Roasters 200, and keep 100 spare for whichever client needs them next. When Kestrel launches a new range, the spare prompts go there without touching Fernhill's.

We call these clients. On an agency plan, each client gets its own brands, and you decide how many of your plan's prompts it gets. You can choose each client's platforms, pause a client, and give people at the client a client seat that only shows their own brands and reports. Each client also gets a client report, which can carry your agency's name and logo. See Clients.

A prospect starts as a pitch, which tracks them for a week on up to 10 prompts. When they sign, you turn the pitch into a client and keep everything it collected.
